Nutty Twist

Don’t let mornings drive you nuts. Keep your energy levels up with this wholesome blend of delicious flavours.



1 cup almond milk
1 large banana, sliced in half
1 cup ice
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
. tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Puffed Wheat – amount to taste
2 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
Sliced banana – half


1. Blend the ingredients until smooth
2. Pour blended mixture into bowl
3. Layer toppings (include a clear area of Puffed Wheat)
