Gorgeous Greens

Say hello to the lean, green breakfast machine. A mouthwatering mix of fruit and veg, this tasty little lot will keep you going until lunch.



3 slices of pineapple
2 cups fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Puffed Wheat – amount to taste
Coconut flakes
1 Kiwi, cut in half
Hemp seeds


1. Blend the ingredients until smooth
2. Pour blended mixture into bowl
3. Layer toppings (include a clear area of Puffed Wheat)
