Feeling Fruity

No hunger is safe from this powerhouse of a recipe. Packed with fruity, nutty goodness, it’s got more vits than you can shake a spoon at.

INGREDIENTS

Puffed Wheat – 1 serving
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
Toppings:
1 chopped banana
1/2 kiwi
2 fresh strawberries
Sprinkle blueberries
1 heaped tbsp organic nut butter
Handful chopped flaked almonds
Optional: drizzle honey for added sweetness

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour Puffed Wheat into bowl
2. Top the cereal with generous amount of yoghurt
3. Finish with toppings
